Place of Use definition

Place of Use means the legal location where water is used under the water right or claimed water right, subject to the following clarifications:
Place of Use means the Property, or portion thereof designated on the map attached hereto as Exhibit A where reclaimed water delivered pursuant to this Agreement may be used. The Place of Use may be modified from time to time by mutual agreement of the Parties, and Exhibit A shall be amended to reflect such modification.
Place of Use means the location at and from which the Equipment is installed and operated and all access (either physical or remote) required to that part.

More Definitions of Place of Use

Place of Use means the location where the water is used.
