Placing Shares definition

Placing Shares means the 32,313,130 Shares to be issued by the Company pursuant to the Placing;
Placing Shares means the new Ordinary Shares which are to be issued in connection with the Placing;
Placing Shares has the meaning given to it in Clause 2.1;

Examples of Placing Shares in a sentence

  • Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for the Placing Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM.

  • Application will be made for the Placing Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM.

  • The Placing Shares are not subject to clawback and do not form part of the Open Offer.

  • Application will be made by the Company to the Listing Committee of the Stock Exchange for the grant of the listing of, and permission to deal in, the Placing Shares.

Placing Shares means such number of new Ordinary Shares which will be established by the Bookbuild and set out in the executed Term Sheet;
Placing Shares means 241,418,371 new Shares to be issued by the Company and to be placed by or on behalf of the Joint Placing Agents as agents for the Company pursuant to this Agreement;

Placing Shares means the First Placing Shares and the Second Placing Shares;
