Placing Shares definition

Placing Shares means the 32,313,130 Shares to be issued by the Company pursuant to the Placing;
Placing Shares means the new Ordinary Shares which are to be issued in connection with the Placing;
Placing Shares has the meaning given to it in Clause 2.1;

  • Completion of the CN Placing and Share Placing (assuming all Placing Shares are placed), will together, raise net proceeds of approximately HK$11,560 million (or equivalent to approximately US$1,482 million) of which approximately HK$9,422.4 million (or equivalent to approximately US$1,208 million) will be used to fund the Company’s obligation to pay its proportion of the Purchase Price.

Placing Shares means such number of new Ordinary Shares which will be established by the Bookbuild and set out in the executed Term Sheet;
