Placing Shares means the 32,313,130 Shares to be issued by the Company pursuant to the Placing;

Examples of Placing Shares in a sentence
Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for the Placing Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM.

Placing Shares means the new Ordinary Shares proposed to be allotted and issued by the Company as set out in the Placing Term Sheet fully paid up pursuant to the Placing in accordance with the terms of the Placing Agreement following the Bookbuild, including, for the avoidance of doubt, both the First Tranche Placing Shares and the Second Tranche Placing Shares;
