Plan Effective Date definition

Plan Effective Date means the “Effective Date” as defined in the Plan of Reorganization.

Plan Effective Date means the occurrence of the effective date of the Plan according to its terms.

More Definitions of Plan Effective Date

Plan Effective Date means the date on which the Plan becomes effective.
