Such activities may include: o Indoor/outdoor games and physical exercise to maintain physical health and wellness. o Social activities such as the celebration of birthdays, anniversaries, special events, recognition, and organized Family Days. o Offsite activities to facilitate community integration. These activities may include events organized by family members, groups the clients belong to, and community-organized events such as fairs and concerts. o Education and creative activities to develop problem-solving skills and encourage independent thinking and healthy self-expression. o Other activities as determined by clients to promote goals.
