Player definition

Player means any Contract Player, Non Contract Player or other player who plays or who is eligible to play for a Club.

Player means any Contract Player, Out of Contract Player, Non-Contract Player or other player who plays or is eligible to play for a Club or is subject to any suspension from playing;

Player means any person who participates in a Match (irrespective of whether he or she is registered with FFA, junior or senior or an amateur or professional.

• Prior to the time that a Player on the Disabled List for a concussion is permitted to play in any game, the Club must submit a Return to Play form and supporting information to the Med- ical Director of the Office of the Commissioner (see Attachment 36), a copy of which shall be provided to the Player and the Association.

• Further, during each championship season covered by this Agreement, each Club will make available an English-as-a-second-language course, at its expense, pro- vided that at least one Player on that Club requests such a course.

• However, a Player may provide more than one consent for the same injury, or a reoccurrence of an injury, if the total number of days of the rehabilitation assignment for that injury or reoccurrence does not exceed a maximum of twenty days (thirty days for pitchers).

• A Club requesting the placement of a Player on the Disabled List for a concussion shall submit, in lieu of a Standard Form of Diagnosis, a Concussion-Specific Diagnostic Form (see Attachment 36), a copy of which shall be provided to the Player and the Association.

• A Club may only direct a Player to perform prescribed rehabili- tation work during the off-season at a rehabilitation facility in the metropolitan area of the Player’s off-season residence.

More Definitions of Player

Player means a Person who is at least eighteen (18) years of age, who purchases or otherwise validly obtains a Ticket. Licensed Virginia Lottery Retailers and their employees may be Virginia Lottery Players.

A person who engages in "bookmaking" as defined in subsection 2 is not a "player."

Player means an individual employed by or an independent contractor engaged by a gambling business to participate in the play of any controlled game in a gambling establishment.

Player or ‘Player’ means a person who is registered to play football with an Affiliated League Club;

Player means a natural person who participates in gambling.
