Pledge Agreement definition

Pledge Agreement means the Pledge Agreement dated as of the Closing Date between Borrower and Agent, as the same may from time to time be amended, restated, modified or otherwise supplemented.
Pledge Agreement means the Pledge Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, among the Company, the Collateral Agent and the Agent, on its own behalf and as attorney-in-fact for the Holders from time to time of the Securities.
Pledge Agreement shall have the meaning provided in Section 5.07.
