Pledge Agreement definition

Pledge Agreement means the Pledge Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, by and among the Company, the Collateral Agent, the Custodial Agent, the Securities Intermediary and the Agent, on its own behalf and as attorney-in-fact for the Holders from time to time of the Units.
Pledge Agreement means the Pledge Agreement dated as of the Closing Date between Borrower and Agent, as the same may from time to time be amended, restated, modified or otherwise supplemented.
Pledge Agreement shall have the meaning provided in Section 5.07.
