Pledged Obligations definition

Pledged Obligations. As of any date of determination, the Collateral Obligations, the Eligible Investments and any Equity Security which forms part of the Assets that have been Granted to the Trustee.
Pledged Obligations means, on any date of determination, the Underlying Assets, Equity Securities and the Eligible Investments owned by the Issuer that have been Granted to the Trustee hereunder.
Pledged Obligations means, on any date of determination, the Collateral Obligations and the Eligible Investments owned by the Borrower that have been Granted to the Collateral Agent.

  • The Accounts Securities Intermediary may employ, as subcustodians for any Pledged Obligations (and Interest Proceeds and Principal Proceeds thereon) denominated in a Specified Currency other than USD (if applicable), subcustodians and other securities depositories, clearing agencies and clearing systems (each, an “Intermediary” and, collectively, “Intermediaries”).

  • The Borrower Entities shall bear all risks of investing in Pledged Obligations denominated in a foreign currency.

Pledged Obligations means all of each Debtor’s right, title and interest, if any, in and to any and all obligations owed to such Debtor by any Person, whether now existing or hereafter incurred, and in and to all collateral granted to such Debtor or for the benefit of such Debtor as collateral security for such obligations.
