Points of Interconnection definition

Points of Interconnection means the location(s) where the facilities of the Company and the facilities of OG&E are interconnected as identified in Exhibit A.
Points of Interconnection means the point at which the Power Producing Facility physically ties to the Electric Utility System as is more fully described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herewith.
Points of Interconnection or “POI” means a physical location on the AT&T MICHIGAN network at which the Parties’ networks meet for the purpose of establishing interconnection. POIs include a number of different technologies and technical interfaces based on the Parties’ mutual agreement.

More Definitions of Points of Interconnection

Points of Interconnection means the points on the Transmission System, as listed on Schedule 3.04(b)(i), where electrical power generated by Generator will be delivered by Generator to the Transmission System or, under certain circumstances, where electric power will be delivered from the Transmission System, including through any intermediate distribution facilities, to Generator.
