Pole Attachment Agreement definition

Pole Attachment Agreement any agreement, whether now in existence or hereafter created, between Issuer and a municipality or public or private utility company pursuant to which Issuer is permitted to use the utility poles, trenches or easements of such public utility on which to string or in which to bury the coaxial, fiber optic or other cable used to operate any portion of the System.
Pole Attachment Agreement means a System Contract relating to the use of any public utility facilities, including pole line, joint pole and master contracts for pole attachment rights and the use of conduits.
