The Board agrees that the exercise of any of the above responsibilities shall be consistent with the provisions of this Agreement and shall be consistent with the provisions of the Ontario Human Rights Code and the Police Services Act and the regulations thereto.
This section shall not apply to charges laid under the Police Services Act.
