Pollution control facilities definition

Pollution control facilities means water and air pollution control equipment and solid waste disposal facilities or any of them.

Pollution control facilities has the meaning set forth in Section 6.8(e)(i)(A).

Pollution control facilities means any facilities which are designed for the elimination, mitigation or prevention of air or water pollution, and shall include all things which are required to collect, treat and thereafter dispose of all waste of any sort originating in or about any industrial enterprise.
