The Reinsurer shall provide reasonable access to the domiciliary insurance regulators of each of the participants in the Company Pool, at all reasonable times, and such domiciliary insurance regulators shall have the right to inspect through their designated representatives, during the term of this Agreement and thereafter, all books, records and papers of the Reinsurer relating to the subject Company Pool participant in connection any reinsurance hereunder, or the subject matter hereof.
Such adjustments shall reflect an interest charge to be paid by any Primary Pool participant who has received excess distributions based on the preliminary production estimates and such interest shall be paid to the Primary Pool participant(s) who received less than full distributions.
