Portfolio Collateral definition

Portfolio Collateral has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 15.01(b).
Portfolio Collateral means the Obligor Loan Mortgages, the Obligor Loan Receivables, the Obligor Loan Title Policies, Obligor Loan Collateral, and any and all other assets securing the Obligor Loan Receivables or held by Borrower in respect of the same.
Portfolio Collateral means any and all Property, if any (including without limitation accounts, chattel paper, commercial tort claims, instruments, documents, deposit accounts, contract rights, investment property, general intangibles, goods, inventory, equipment, supporting obligations, letter of credit rights and books and records of the foregoing), whether owned by the account debtor in respect of a Receivable, or any other Person, that secures such account debtor’s obligations under a Receivable, and all supporting obligations in respect thereof.

More Definitions of Portfolio Collateral

Portfolio Collateral means, collectively, the Portfolio Securities and the Purchased Loans.
Portfolio Collateral means on and following the acquisition thereof, any Senior Secured Loan, Second Lien Loan and Structured Finance Security, (i) purchased or acquired directly by the Issuer on or prior to the Target Date or (ii) purchased or acquired by the Issuer or by the Collateral Manager on behalf of the Issuer from time to time pursuant to the Portfolio Sale Agreement or the Collateral Management Agreement which at the time of purchase or acquisition satisfied the Reinvestment Criteria and the Additional Reinvestment Criteria (if acquired after the Reinvestment Period) (provided that, solely for the purpose of the grant of any security interest to the Trustee for the benefit of the Secured Parties pursuant to the Trust Deed and all the rights thereunder, and "Portfolio Collateral" shall mean all Senior Secured Loans, Second Lien Loans, Structured Finance Securities and all other securities, loans or other obligations, instruments or investments, regardless of whether such securities, loans or other obligations, instruments or investments satisfied the Reinvestment Criteria or the Additional Reinvestment Criteria at the time of purchase or acquisition or at any time after their purchase or acquisition except that they shall not consist of Dutch Ineligible Securities). References to "Portfolio Collateral" shall not include Eligible Investments.
Portfolio Collateral means a portfolio or diversified pool of Asset Backed Securities or, as the case may be, Synthetic Securities purchased by the Issuer (or on its behalf) on the Closing Date and from time to time thereafter.
Portfolio Collateral means the pool of Collateral Debt Securities and Credit Default Swaps purchased by the Issuer (or on its behalf) on the Issue Date (if any) and from time to time thereafter.
Portfolio Collateral means, collectively, the Portfolio Securities, the Purchased Loans and the Supplemental Equity Collateral. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, the term "Portfolio Collateral" shall include any New Collateral that the Buyer approves as Collateral for inclusion in a Transaction and the Sponsor with the prior consent of the Buyer causes to be owned by the Seller prior to the date the applicable Transaction is consummated; provided that if, for any reason after the date on which the Seller takes ownership of such New Collateral and prior to the date on which such Transaction is consummated, it is determined that such New Collateral shall not become Collateral for a Transaction (whether because the Buyer's approval is revoked or the Sponsor decides not to consummate the Transaction or otherwise), then the Seller shall by not later than the fifth (5th) Business Day after the date such determination is made cause ownership of such New Collateral to be transferred out of the Seller to another legal entity.
