The Company shall pay the Manager within 7 Business Days of each Relevant Date a management fee ("New Zealand Portfolio Management Fee") equal to one twelfth of the aggregate of: – 1.125% of the New Zealand Company Value up to $50,000,000; – 1.0% of the New Zealand Company Value over $50,000,000 and up to $150,000,000; – 0.80% of the New Zealand Company Value over $150,000,000.
Any Portfolio Management Fee adjustments will take effect on the first day of each calendar year and remain constant through the last day of the applicable calendar year.
