Portfolio Management Fee definition

Portfolio Management Fee means the amount payable by the Partnership to the Portfolio Manager equal to an annual rate of 1.25% of the Net Asset Value of the Partnership as at the last day of the preceding month, calculated and payable in advance.
Portfolio Management Fee means the Portfolio Management Fee referred to in of the Portfolio Management Agreement.

More Definitions of Portfolio Management Fee

Portfolio Management Fee means in respect of each Interest Payment Date, the portfolio management fee payable to the Portfolio Manager in accordance with each Portfolio Management Agreement.
Portfolio Management Fee means the Portfolio Management Fee payable by the Client to the Portfolio Manager details of which are set out in the Appendix 1 of the Portfolio Management Agreement.
