Portfolio Management Services definition

Portfolio Management Services means management of the investment and reinvestment of the assets belonging to the Series, consisting specifically of the following:

Portfolio Management Services shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(b) of this Agreement.

Portfolio Management Services means the Discretionary Portfolio Management Services or Non-Discretionary Portfolio Management Services or Advisory Services, as the context may be.

• Under the Non-Discretionary Portfolio Management Services, the portfolio of the Client shall be managed in consultation with the Client.

• Investment Management and Advisory fees charged may be a fixed fee or a return based fee or a combination of both as detailed in the Schedule to the Portfolio Management Services agreement.

• Investment Supervisory Services provided to Managed Accounts and our Model Portfolio Management Services are not intended for use with respect to any collective fund, Investment Company, Private Investment Company, other Pooled Investment Vehicle or unitized accounts/vehicles without written consent of Federated Investment Counseling.

• The Portfolio Manager will provide Discretionary Portfolio Management Services which shall be in the nature of investment management, and may include the responsibility of managing, renewing and reshuffling the portfolio, buying and selling the securities, keeping safe custody of the securities and monitoring book closures, dividend, bonus, rights etc.

• Further the Portfolio Manager also offers Advisory Portfolio Management Services wherein the Portfolio Manager only renders investment advice to the Client in respect of securities.

Portfolio Management Services has the meaning set forth in Section 2(b) hereof.

Portfolio Management Services means the Portfolio Management Services rendered to the Client by the Portfolio Manager, on the terms and conditions contained in the Agreement and in accordance with the applicable laws and Regulations (whether as a discretionary portfolio manager or otherwise), with respect to investments or management of the Portfolio of Securities and the Funds of the Client.

Portfolio Management Services means portfolio management services with respect to the Company’s investments, including (i) consulting with the Company on the purchase and sale of, and other opportunities in connection with, the Company’s portfolio of investments, (ii) the collection of information and the submission of reports pertaining to the Company’s investments, interest rates and general economic conditions, (iii) periodic review and evaluation of the performance of the Company’s portfolio of investments, (iv) acting as liaison between the Company and banking, mortgage banking and investment banking institutions and other parties with respect to the purchase, financing and disposition of investments and (iv) other customary functions related to portfolio management.

Portfolio Management Services means the Discretionary Portfolio Management Services, and/or the Non-Discretionary Portfolio Management Services, and/or the Investment Advisory Services, as the case may be.

Portfolio Management Services means the Discretionary Portfolio Management Services or Investment Advisory Services or Structured Products, as the context may require;

Portfolio Management Services means the Discretionary Portfolio Management Services or Non-discretionary Portfolio Management Services or PMS Advisory Services offered by the Portfolio Manager and availed by the Client under the Agreement from time to time.

Portfolio Management Services means the accounting, record keeping, reporting and information gathering services for the management of Your Portfolio provided by the PMSP in accordance with the Portfolio Administration Service Application Form.
