Position Report definition

Position Report means a report by a Venue User to Operator, which sets out the positions held by the Venue User (as well as any client of it, at all levels of intermediation through to the end client) through contracts in commodity derivatives, emission allowances, or derivatives of them through contracts which are Executed or registered under the OTF Rules.

Position Report has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 8.03(a).

Position Report means a position report issued by the CMU Service or such other notification issued from time to time by the CMU Service, in accordance with the CMU Rules, to confirm the interests of CMU Accountholders in a CD.

• The SFC Rules requires a person holding or controlling a reportable position, which is similar to the concept of Large Open Position prescribed in the Rules of Futures Exchange, to notify the recognized exchange company of any reportable position in writing, i.e. the Large Open Position Report (“LOP Report”).

• Payments of principal or interest (if any) in respect of such global Note will be made to the persons for whose account a particular nominal amount of Notes represented by such global Note is credited as being held by the CMU Operator at the relevant time, as notified to the CMU Lodging and Paying Agent by the CMU Operator in a relevant CMU Issue Position Report or in any other relevant notification by the CMU Operator.

• The Customer shall receive the Position Report or Collateral Statement at regular intervals as agreed on the first page of this Agreement.

Position Report a position report in form and substance substantially similar to Exhibit M of either the U.S. Borrower or the Canadian Borrower, as applicable, which shows in detail the calculations supporting, as applicable (i) the U.S. Borrower’s certification of the compliance by the Loan Parties (other than the Canadian Borrower and its Subsidiaries) with the position limits in the Risk Management Policy that are applicable to such Loan Parties and (ii) the Canadian Borrower’s certification of the compliance by the Canadian Borrower and its Subsidiaries with the position limits in the Risk Management Policy that are applicable to the Canadian Borrower and its Subsidiaries.

Position Report means a position report covering the positions of each Trading Contract, substantially in the format of the lists contained in files numbered 6.3.11 (“TEGE Wholesale Power MTM 03312014 Energy-Capacity-Renewables”) and 6.3.41 (“Gas MTM Retail Analysis Detail 03-31-14”) contained in the Data Room, and shall (a) set forth the positions on a transaction-by- transaction basis (and shall not aggregate or net positions among transactions), (b) include physical and financial electricity (including capacity and ancillary service products thereto), natural gas (including transport and storage assets) and other commodities and emissions and renewable energy credits and (c) set forth the trade dates, volume and price (or, if floating, the applicable index).
