Position Statement definition

Position Statement means a written statement by a party that includes a summary of the facts and issues in a case and the party’s position that is filed prior to a hearing at the State Hearings Division, as described in Welfare and Institutions Code section 10952.5.
Position Statement has the meaning given to it in Section 2.05(e).
Position Statement shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.6(d).

Position Statement means a statement or spreadsheet showing all amounts previously received by each Third Party Creditor in connection with such Third Party Creditor’s claims against LBAH and LBCCA, including amounts received in the form of (i) distributions from LBAH and LBCCA, (ii) pro rata shares of Reallocation Amounts, (iii) any other distributions from LBHI, and (iv) any other payments or consideration of any kind whatsoever.
