Post-Construction Inspection definition

Post-Construction Inspection means the inspection required by Utility to determine and verify that the Attachments have been made in accordance with Applicable Standards and the Permit.
Post-Construction Inspection means the survey inspection required by NBU to determine and verify that the Make-Ready Electrical Construction, Make-Ready Communications Construction, Make-Ready Network Node Construction, and all other Make-Ready Electrical Construction, including the installation of an Attachment, Overlash, and/or Network Node was made in accordance with Applicable Engineering Standards, the Application, and all other Permit requirements.
Post-Construction Inspection means work that may be performed to verify and ensure the construction complies with the permit, governing agreement, and Commission safety rules. Any post construction inspection performed by owner must occur within 30 calendar days of licensee’s notice to owner that construction is complete. Owner should provide notice to licensee prior to any post construction inspection so that licensee has an opportunity to participate. Following any post construction inspection, the owner shall provide licensee with the results of the post-construction inspection in writing.

  • Licensee shall be responsible to pay for the cost of services provided by Utility in support of the design, installation, and maintenance of Licensee's Wireless Facilities, including Utility’s costs for Make-Ready Surveys (including pole-loading analyses), Make-Ready Work, and Post-Construction Inspection.

  • If the Post-Construction Inspection Report identifies damage to the Roads and Road Structures, measured against the condition established in the Pre-Construction Inspection Report and contemplated by the planned Reinforcement Activities identified therein, such report shall include plans and designs of Repair Activities the Company deems are appropriate to repair such damage.

  • As part of the Permit application process and at Licensee’s sole expense, a qualified and experienced professional engineer, or an employee or contractor of Licensee who has been approved by the District, must participate in the Pre- Construction Survey, conduct the Post-Construction Inspection and certify that Licensee’s Communications Facilities can be and were installed on the identified Poles in compliance with the standards in Paragraph 4.1 and in accordance with the Permit.
