Post-Service Claim means any Claim for Benefits under a Health Benefit Plan regarding payment of benefits that is not considered a Pre-Service Claim or an Urgent Care Claim.

More Definitions of Post-Service Claim

Post-Service Claim means any Claim for Benefits under a Health Benefit Plan regarding payment of benefits that is not considered a Pre- Service Claim or an Urgent Care Claim.

Post-Service Claim means any Claim for a Plan benefit that is not a Claim involving Urgent Care or a Pre-Service Claim, or in other words, a Claim that is a request for payment under the Plan for covered medical services already received by the Claimant.
