Examples of Postponed Maturity Date in a sentence
Potential investors should note that on and prior to the relevant Postponed Maturity Date, they are exposed to the credit risk of the relevant Collateral Obligor, Collateral Guarantor or Collateral Support Provider (if any) and that, upon the default by the Collateral Obligor, Collateral Guarantor or Collateral Support Provider, as applicable, in respect of such Collateral Item, the Issuer will not be able to redeem the Instruments at their outstanding principal amount on the Postponed Maturity Date.
Following the determination of the occurrence of a Price Source Disruption Event, the Noteholders will not be entitled to any amounts in respect of the Notes until the earlier to occur of (i) the day falling two Business Days after the day on which the Issuer is notified by the Calculation Agent that a Price Source Disruption Event no longer subsists, and (ii) the Postponed Fixed Interest Date, the Postponed Maturity Date, or the Postponed Early Redemption Date, as the case may be.
The Calculation Agent will notify the Issuer of the occurrence of a Credit Event at any time from and including the Credit Observation Start Date to and including (i) the Extension Date or (ii) the Postponed Maturity Date (if applicable).
For the avoidance of doubt, no additional amounts shall be payable by the Issuer in respect of any delay in payment beyond the originally scheduled Fixed Interest Date, the Maturity Date, or as the case may be, the Early Redemption Date (in each case, as adjusted, in accordance with the Modified Following Business Day Convention) to the Postponed Fixed Interest Date, the Postponed Maturity Date or the Postponed Early Redemption Date (as appropriate) because of the operation of the provisions of this Annex.
In such circumstances, provided that a Collateral Default Event does not occur, additional interest will be payable in respect of each nominal amount of Securities equal to EUR1,000 on the Postponed Maturity Date equal to such Securities' pro rata share of any interest that the Issuer receives in respect of the Collateral and such period of postponement.
