Securityholders will be notified in accordance with General Condition 15 (Notices) as soon as reasonably practicable of any such postponement of the Scheduled Maturity Date to the Postponed Maturity Date.
Noteholders will not be entitled to any amounts in respect of the Notes until the earlier to occur of (i) the day falling two Business Days after the day on which the Issuer is notified by the Calculation Agent that a Settlement Disruption Event no longer subsists and (ii) the Postponed Fixed Interest Date (as defined below), the Postponed Maturity Date (as defined below), or the Postponed Early Redemption Date (as defined below), as the case may be.

In such circumstances, provided that a Collateral Default Event does not occur, additional interest shall be payable in respect of each nominal amount of Securities equal to the Calculation Amount on the Postponed Maturity Date in an amount equal to such Securities' pro rata share of any interest received in respect of the Collateral by or on behalf of the Issuer in respect of such period of postponement.
