Potential Participant definition

Potential Participant has the meaning set forth in Section 1(d)(ii).
Potential Participant means a person who has received a notice specified in Section 2.
Potential Participant means any person engaged in the business of pro- ducing, transporting, refining, distrib- uting, or storing petroleum products; ‘‘participant’’ means any such person who agrees to participate in a vol- untary agreement pursuant to a re- quest to do so by the Administrator.
