  • Each Borrowing denominated in an Agreed Foreign Currency (other than Pounds Sterling, Swiss Francs or, following a Benchmark Transition Event with respect to Term XXXXX, Canadian Dollars) shall be constituted entirely of Term Benchmark Loans.
