Prakas is a Cambodian term which means official proclamation. It is a ministerial or inter-ministerial decision signed by the relevant Minister(s). A proclamation must conform to the Constitution and to the law or sub-decree to which it refers.

EMMA means the Electronic Municipal Market Access system as described in 1934 Act Release No. 59062 and maintained by the MSRB for purposes of the Rule.
WURA means the Winding-Up and Restructuring Act (Canada).

OJEU means the Official Journal of the European Union.
SERFF means the system for electronic rate and form filing. SERFF is a proprietary NAIC computer-based application that allows insurers and other entities to create and submit rate, rule and form filings electronically to the commissioner.
Legionella means a genus of bacteria, some species of which have caused a type of pneumonia called Legionnaires Disease.
SONIAi means the SONIA Reference Rate for:
CSAM or "Credit Suisse" (or any combination thereof).
AASHTO means the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials.
Sukuk means a type of Islamic bond that is backed by assets of the issuer that earn profit or rent.

CFAF means the currency of the Borrower;
VP means VP Securities Services (Værdipapircentralen A/S), the Danish central securities depository;
Duff & Xxxxxx means Duff & Xxxxxx Credit Rating Co. or any successor thereto.
