Pre-Construction Period definition

Pre-Construction Period means the period commencing upon the date of this Agreement and ending upon the commencement of the Construction Period for a Project.
Pre-Construction Period has the meaning set forth in Section 2 of Appendix D.
Pre-Construction Period means the period commencing upon the date on which Simon elects to have the Company proceed with a Prospective Project pursuant to this Agreement and ending upon the commencement of the Construction Period.
