Pre-Funded Warrant definition

Pre-Funded Warrant means, collectively, the Pre-Funded Common Stock purchase warrants delivered to the Purchasers at the Closing in accordance with Section 2.2(a) hereof, which Pre-Funded Warrants shall be exercisable immediately and shall expire when exercised in full, in the form of Exhibit C attached hereto.
Pre-Funded Warrant means a pre-funded warrant to purchase a number of shares of Common Stock equal to the number of Warrant Shares as to which this Warrant is being exercised in the form of a Pre-Funded Warrant attached as Exhibit A hereto.
Pre-Funded Warrant shall have the meaning set forth Section 2.01(a).
