Pre-Funded Warrants definition

Pre-Funded Warrants means, collectively, the pre-funded Common Stock purchase warrants delivered to the Purchasers at the Closing in accordance with Section 2.3(a) hereof, in substantially the form of Exhibit C attached hereto.

More Definitions of Pre-Funded Warrants

Pre-Funded Warrants means, the Pre-Funded Common Stock purchase warrants delivered to the Underwriters in accordance with Section 2.1(a) hereof, which Warrants shall be exercisable immediately and shall be exercisable until exercised in full, in the form of Exhibit F attached hereto.
