Pre-Funding Amount definition

Pre-Funding Amount. With respect to any date, the amount on deposit in the Pre-Funding Account.
Pre-Funding Amount. The amount deposited in the Pre-Funding Account on the Closing Date, which shall equal $8,108,825.23.
Pre-Funding Amount. The amount deposited in the Pre-Funding Account on the Closing Date, which shall equal $57,203,478.07.
