The Company will furnish to each Underwriter, without charge, during the period when the Prospectus is required (or, but for the provisions of Rule 172, would be required) to be delivered by applicable law (whether to meet the request of purchasers pursuant to Rule 173(d) or otherwise), such number of copies of the Pre-Pricing Prospectus, the Prospectus and any Issuer Free Writing Prospectus and any amendments or supplements to any of the foregoing as such Underwriter may reasonably request.
There are no business relationships or related party transactions involving the Company or any of its subsidiaries or, to the knowledge of the Company, any other person that are required to be described in the Pre-Pricing Prospectus or the Prospectus that have not been described as required.
The Company will make every reasonable effort to prevent the issuance by the Commission of any such order suspending the effectiveness of the Registration Statement, preventing or suspending the use of the Pre-Pricing Prospectus or the Prospectus or suspending any such qualification or exemption of the Securities and, if any such order is issued, to obtain the lifting thereof at the earliest possible moment.

For purposes of this Section 6, all references to the Registration Statement, any Pre-Pricing Prospectus, Issuer Free Writing Prospectus or the Prospectus, or any amendment or supplement to any of the foregoing, shall be deemed to include, without limitation, any electronically transmitted copies thereof filed with the Commission pursuant to XXXXX.
