Predecessor Corporation definition

Predecessor Corporation means a corporation which is a party to a transaction described in Code Section 424(a) (or which would be so described if a substitution or assumption under such section had been effected) with the Company, a Parent, a Subsidiary or a predecessor corporation of any such corporations.
