Examples of Predecessor Plan in a sentence

  • As provided in Section 1, no new awards shall be granted under the Predecessor Plan following the Effective Date.

  • In addition, shares of Common Stock underlying any outstanding award granted under the Predecessor Plan that, following the Effective Date, expires, or is terminated, surrendered or forfeited for any reason without issuance of such shares shall be available for the grant of new Awards under this Plan.

  • For clarification purposes, the terms and conditions of this Plan shall not apply to or otherwise impact previously granted and outstanding awards under the Predecessor Plan, as applicable.

  • A Participant’s service under a Predecessor Plan must be counted for purposes of determining the Participant’s vested percentage under this Plan.

  • No grants will be made on or after the Effective Date under the Predecessor Plan, provided that outstanding awards granted under the Predecessor Plan will continue unaffected following the Effective Date.
