preferential tariff treatment definition

preferential tariff treatment means the rate of customs duties applicable to an originating good of the exporting Party in accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 16; and
preferential tariff treatment means the rate of customs duty applicable to an originating good pursuant to the tariff elimination schedules in Annex 2-A (Tariff elimination schedules);
preferential tariff treatment means the customs duty rate, and the treatment under article 2.10.4 of the Agreement, that are applicable to an originating good pursuant to the Agreement.
