Preferred B Shares definition

Preferred B Shares means Series B Preferred Shares of the Company par value NIS 0.01 each.
Preferred B Shares means the Class B Preferred Shares of the Company, NIS 0.01 par value each.
Preferred B Shares shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.3(a)(i).
