Preferred Certificate definition

Preferred Certificate means a stock certificate which immediately prior to the Effective Time represented any shares of Preferred Stock.

Preferred Certificate means a certificate evidencing the Preferred Securities held by a Preferred Member.

Preferred Certificate means a Global Preferred Certificate or a Definitive Preferred Certificate.
