Preferred Distributions means, for any period and without duplication, all Distributions paid, declared but not yet paid or otherwise due and payable during such period on Preferred Securities issued by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries. Preferred Distributions shall not include dividends or distributions: (a) paid or payable solely in Equity Interests of identical class payable to holders of such class of Equity Interests; (b) paid or payable to the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries; or (c) constituting or resulting in the redemption of Preferred Securities, other than scheduled redemptions not constituting balloon, bullet or similar redemptions in full.

Preferred Distributions means, as of any date with respect to any Person, the Distributions due and payable to the holders of Preferred Equity in such Person for the most recent Fiscal Quarter for which financial results have been reported.

Examples of Preferred Distributions in a sentence

• Preferred Distributions shall not include dividends or distributions: (a) paid or payable solely in Equity Interests of identical class payable to holders of such class of Equity Interests; (b) paid or payable to the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries; or (c) constituting or resulting in the redemption of Preferred Securities, other than scheduled redemptions not constituting balloon, bullet or similar redemptions in full.

Preferred Distributions means, for any period, the amount of any and all distributions due and payable to the holders of any form of preferred stock (whether perpetual, convertible or otherwise) or other ownership or beneficial interest in the REIT or any of its Subsidiaries that entitles the holders thereof to preferential payment or distribution priority with respect to dividends, assets or other payments over the holders of any other stock or other ownership or beneficial interest in such Person.

Preferred Distributions means Class B Preferred Unit Distributions, Class C Preferred Unit Distributions or Class D Preferred Unit Distributions, as applicable.

Preferred Distributions means an amount equal to 0.6425% per annum on the daily average outstanding principal balance of the Portfolio Investments during the applicable Calculation Period.
