Preferred Redemption Price definition

Preferred Redemption Price shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.3(c) hereof.
Preferred Redemption Price means, with respect to any series of Preferred Securities, the aggregate Principal Amount of all Preferred Securities of such series plus accumulated and unpaid distributions (whether or not declared) with respect to such series to but excluding the date of redemption.
