Preferred Return Rate definition

Preferred Return Rate means preferred return rate of each Series as specified in each Series Designation.
Preferred Return Rate means a rate equal to TRG's blended cost of funds from time to time, compounded quarterly, but in no event less than five percent (5%) nor greater than ten percent (10%) per annum.
Preferred Return Rate means Fifteen Percent (15%) per annum. Notwithstanding the foregoing, following a Change of Control Event the Preferred Return Rate shall be increased to 24% for so long as such Change of Control Event shall exist. In no event shall the Preferred Return Rate be greater than the maximum amount allowed by law.

More Definitions of Preferred Return Rate

Preferred Return Rate means (i) prior to the Mandatory Redemption Date, a per annum rate, calculated on the basis of a 360-day year and the actual number of days elapsed, equal to six percent (6%), and (ii) if the Preferred Investment Total Return Amount is not paid on or prior to the Mandatory Redemption Date, from and after the Mandatory Redemption Date until paid, a per annum rate, calculated on the basis of a 360-day year and the actual number of days elapsed, equal to eight percent (8%), compounding quarterly (the “Default Rate”).
Preferred Return Rate shall have the meaning given to such term in the Operating Agreement.
