Upon the termination of the Prefunding Period (and excluding any proceeds that will be used to settle binding commitments entered into prior to that date), the Trustee will deposit any remaining amounts in the Prefunding Account into the Principal Collection Subaccount as Principal Proceeds.
Of the proceeds of the issuance of the Notes which are not applied to pay for the purchase of Collateral Obligations acquired by the Issuer on the Closing Date an amount equal to U.S.$0 will be deposited in the Prefunding Account on the Closing Date.
The Issuer shall direct the Trustee to deposit $0 to the Prefunding Account on the Closing Date.
At the direction of the Issuer (or the Collateral Manager on behalf of the Issuer), the Trustee shall apply amounts held in the Prefunding Account to purchase Additional Collateral Obligations during the Prefunding Period as described in clause (b) above.
