Prefunding Account definition

Prefunding Account. The separate Eligible Account created and maintained by the Trustee pursuant to Section 3.06(g) in the name of the Trustee for the benefit of the Certificateholders and designated “U.S. Bank National Association, in trust for registered holders of Home Equity Asset Trust 2004-2, Home Equity Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-2. Funds in the Prefunding Account shall be held in trust for the Certificateholders for the uses and purposes set forth in this Agreement and shall not be a part of any REMIC created hereunder; provided, however, that any investment income earned from Permitted Investments made with funds in the Prefunding Account shall be for the account of the Depositor.
Prefunding Account means the account established as such pursuant to Section 4.01 and maintained pursuant to Section 4.07.
Prefunding Account with respect to a Series, if applicable, has the meaning given to such term in the related Series Supplement.

Examples of Prefunding Account in a sentence

  • On any Closing Date for a Series of Notes for which a Prefunding Account is established, the Issuer shall deposit with the Collection Account Bank for credit to the related Yield Maintenance Reserve Account the amount specified in the related Series Supplement.

  • There shall be no Prefunding Period with respect to the Series 2024-1 Notes, and no Prefunding Account or Yield Maintenance Reserve Account shall be established with respect to the Series 2024-1 Notes.

  • Any required deposits into the Reserve Accounts or applicable Prefunding Account, as the case may be, on any Closing Date may occur by deduction from the amount of proceeds of the issuance of the Notes on such Closing Date that otherwise would be disbursed to the Issuer, followed by deposit of the same into the applicable Reserve Account or Prefunding Account in accordance with the Cash Management Agreement or the applicable Series Supplement on such Closing Date.
