Prefunding Account definition

Prefunding Account. The separate Eligible Account created and maintained by the Trustee pursuant to Section 3.06(g) in the name of the Trustee for the benefit of the Certificateholders and designated “U.S. Bank National Association, in trust for registered holders of Home Equity Asset Trust 2004-2, Home Equity Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-2. Funds in the Prefunding Account shall be held in trust for the Certificateholders for the uses and purposes set forth in this Agreement and shall not be a part of any REMIC created hereunder; provided, however, that any investment income earned from Permitted Investments made with funds in the Prefunding Account shall be for the account of the Depositor.
Prefunding Account means the account established as such pursuant to Section 4.01 and maintained pursuant to Section 4.07.

Examples of Prefunding Account in a sentence

  • The amount of any net investment losses in the Prefunding Account shall promptly be deposited by the Depositor in the Prefunding Account.

  • All income and gain net of any losses realized from any such balances or investment of funds on deposit in the Prefunding Account shall be for the benefit of the Depositor and shall be remitted to it monthly.

  • On the Closing Date the Depositor shall remit the Prefunded Amount to the Trustee for deposit in the Prefunding Account.

  • On any Distribution Date on which the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans is less than 10% of the Aggregate Loan Balance as of the Cut-off Date and the amount on deposit in the Prefunding Account on the Closing Date, the Terminating Entity will have the option to repurchase, in whole, from the Trust Fund all remaining Mortgage Loans and all property acquired in respect of the Mortgage Loans at a purchase price determined as provided in the Agreement.

Prefunding Account. The segregated account, which shall be an Eligible Account, established and maintained pursuant to Section 3.16 and entitled "Bankers Trust Company of California, N.A., as Trustee for Aames Mortgage Trust 2002-1 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2002-1, Prefunding Account."
