Preliminary Approval definition

Preliminary Approval means the Court’s Order Granting Preliminary Approval of the Settlement.
Preliminary Approval means the Court’s certification of the Settlement Class for settlement purposes, preliminary approval of this Settlement Agreement, and approval of the form and manner of the Notice.
Preliminary Approval means the date that the Court enters, without material change, an order preliminarily approving the Settlement, substantially in the form of the exhibit attached to the Motion for Preliminary Approval.

  • The Internet Posting shall be operative starting on or before twenty-one (21) calendar days after entry of the Preliminary Approval Order.
