Preliminary Approval definition

Preliminary Approval means the Court’s Order Granting Preliminary Approval of the Settlement.
Preliminary Approval means the date that the Court enters, without material change, an order preliminarily approving the Settlement, substantially in the form of the exhibit attached to the Motion for Preliminary Approval.
Preliminary Approval means preliminary approval of the Settlement Agreement by the Court, conditional certification of the Settlement Class, and approval of the method and content of the Class Notice to the Settlement Class Members.
