Preliminary Base Prospectus definition

Preliminary Base Prospectus means the preliminary short form base shelf prospectus of the Company dated November 18, 2020;

Preliminary Base Prospectus has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 3(1);

Preliminary Base Prospectus means the preliminary short form base shelf prospectus of the Corporation;

Preliminary Base Prospectus means the prospectus attached as Annex F hereto;

Preliminary Base Prospectus means the preliminary short form base shelf prospectus of the Corporation (in both the English and French languages unless the context indicates otherwise) dated November 12, 2021 and, unless the context otherwise requires, includes all documents incorporated by reference;

Preliminary Base Prospectus means the draft amended and restated final short form base shelf prospectus of the Company dated January 20, 2022;
