Preliminary Work means all work done in the concept and preparatory stages (including non-exhaustively design, artwork, colour matching).
Preliminary Work means and include, drawing the application in terms of Section 11 of the Act, perusing the sectional plan, obtaining the certificate required (where necessary) in terms of Section 11(3)(e) and all correspondence and attendances in connection with all such matters.
