Premises Area definition

Premises Area means the Rentable Square Foot area of the Premises, consisting of a total of 50,028 Rentable Square Feet, as such Premises Area may be increased or decreased from time to time pursuant to this Lease.
Premises Area. The Rentable Square Foot area of the Premises described on the floor plan attached as Exhibit A hereto, as the Premises Area may be increased or decreased from time to time pursuant to this Lease. Landlord and Tenant agree that for purposes of this Lease, the Rentable Square Foot Area of the Premises is 23,847, which shall not be subject to remeasurement or adjustment.

You hereby indemnify us and agree to hold us harmless from and against any loss, cost, damage, claim or liability arising out of any inaccuracy or alleged inaccuracy of the above representations, including without limitation reasonable attorneys' fees. The provisions of this paragraph shall survive the expiration or earlier termination of this letter agreement. If we are unable to give possession of the Short Term Space on the date set forth herein for any reason, we shell not be subject to any liability for failure to give possession on said date, and the validity of this agreement shall not be impaired under such circumstances, nor shall the same be construed in any way to extend the Short Term Space Term. If, for any reason, Section 223-a of the Real Property Law shall be deemed applicable hereto, the parties agree that this paragraph is intended to be tan express provision to the contrary for purposes of that statute. Except as herein modified. the Lease shall remain in full force and effect and, as herein modified, is hereby ratified and confirmed in all respects. Examples of Premises Area in a sentence

  • Tenant shall repair any damage, less ordinary wear and tear, to the New Premises Area caused by its removal activities.

  • Within one hundred twenty 120 days after termination of this Amendment, Tenant shall remove its equipment from the New Premises Area; provided that any portions of the equipment that Tenant fails to remove within such period and cessation of Tenant’s operations at the New Premises Area shall be deemed abandoned.

More Definitions of Premises Area

Premises Area means the portion of the property that excludes buildings (i.e., the portion of the private property surrounding the building, including surface parking). A “property” may be a single titled lot or multiple adjoining titled lots that are owned by the same individual or entity.
Premises Area is agreed to mean and is deemed to be the rentable area of the Premises, consisting of a total of 24,904 rentable square feet, as follows: (i) 6,612 rentable square feet of space in Suite 1532, (ii) 9,055 rentable square feet of space in Suite 518, (iii) 1,792 rentable square feet of space in Suite 536 (for a total of 17,459 rentable square feet in the “Existing Premises”), (iv) 5,567 rentable square feet of space in Suite 519, (v) 1,124 rentable square feet of space in Suite 536A, and (vi) 754 rentable square feet of space in Suite 534A (for a total of 7,445 rentable square feet in the New Premises). The Premises Area has been computed on the basis of the current standard employed by Landlord with respect to the calculation of the deemed rentable square foot area of the Building; provided, however, that in no event shall such deemed rentable square footage constitute or imply any representation or warranty by Landlord as to the actual size of the Premises or any other portion of the Building.
