Notwithstanding the foregoing, should the premiums for the foregoing comprehensive property insurance exceed the Casualty Insurance Premium Cap, the County shall purchase comprehensive property insurance as similar in coverage and amount as is commercially available for premiums equal to the Casualty Insurance Premium Cap.
