Prepaid Fees definition

Prepaid Fees means fees Customer prepaid under this agreement for time remaining in the term of this agreement.
Prepaid Fees means fees Customer prepaid for Billing Periods yet to begin.
Prepaid Fees is defined in SECTION 5.5.1.

Examples of Prepaid Fees in a sentence

  • If Developer changes or removes functionality from the Latest Version of the Software that was part of the functionality of the prior Latest Version of the Software, substantially reducing how useful the Software is to Customer, and Customer ends this agreement within three calendar months of the change, citing the change, Developer agrees to refund any Prepaid Fees.

  • If Provider changes or removes Software Features from the Service that were part of the Feature Set, substantially reducing how useful the Service is to Customer, and Customer ends this agreement in the same Billing Period as the change or the next Billing Period, mentioning the change, then Provider agrees to refund any Prepaid Fees on Request.

  • If Developer fails to meet Section 3(f)(i) (Meet or Exceed Service Levels) for three Billing Periods in a row, and Customer ends this agreement at the end of those Billing Periods, citing poor support responsiveness, Xxxxxxxxx agrees to refund any Prepaid Fees.

  • Prepaid Fees are nonrefundable when paid and will expire if any Prepaid Fees remain twelve (12) months after the date of Azenta’s last Service to Customer.

  • If the Order Form specifies a credit schedule, Customer’s only legal remedy for failures to meet Developer’s service-level agreement will be credits under Section 3(f)(vii)(A) (Give Credits) and any refund under Section 3(f)(ii) (Refund Prepaid Fees).


More Definitions of Prepaid Fees

Prepaid Fees means the amount set out in section 3.5.
