If Developer changes or removes functionality from the Latest Version of the Software that was part of the functionality of the prior Latest Version of the Software, substantially reducing how useful the Software is to Customer, and Customer ends this agreement within three calendar months of the change, citing the change, Developer agrees to refund any Prepaid Fees.
If Provider changes or removes Software Features from the Service that were part of the Feature Set, substantially reducing how useful the Service is to Customer, and Customer ends this agreement in the same Billing Period as the change or the next Billing Period, mentioning the change, then Provider agrees to refund any Prepaid Fees on Request.

Prepaid Fees means the amount set out in section 3.5.
