Prepayment definition

Prepayment means any prepayment, whether in part or in full, in respect of any Receivable.
Prepayment means any payment of principal made by the Mortgage Loan Borrower with respect to the Mortgage Loan which is received in advance of its scheduled Maturity Date, whether made by reason of a casualty or condemnation, due to the acceleration of the maturity of the Notes or otherwise.
Prepayment is a payment of an amount on a date earlier than the scheduled payment date for such amount as required by this Agreement.

Prepayment. Any payment of principal of a Mortgage Loan which is received by the Master Servicer in advance of the scheduled due date for the payment of such principal (other than the principal portion of any Prepaid Installment), and the proceeds of any Insurance Policy which are to be applied as a payment of principal on the related Mortgage Loan shall be deemed to be Prepayments for all purposes of this Agreement.
