Code of Practice means the Code Administration Code of Practice approved by the Authority and:
Certificate of Catholic Practice means a certificate issued by the family’s parish priest (or the priest in charge of the church where the family attends Mass) in the form laid down by the Bishops’ Conference of England and Wales. It will be issued if the priest is satisfied that at least one Catholic parent or carer (along with the child, if he or she is over seven years old) have (except when it was impossible to do so) attended Mass on Sundays and holy days of obligation for at least five years (or, in the case of the child, since the age of seven, if shorter). It will also be issued when the practice has been continuous since being received into the Church if that occurred less than five years ago. It is expected that most Certificates will be issued on the basis of attendance. A Certificate may also be issued by the priest when attendance is interrupted by exceptional circumstances which excuse from the obligation to attend on that occasion or occasions. Code of Good Practice means the generic codes or the sector codes as the case may be;

Codes of Practice means all codes of practice, rules of procedure, guidelines, directions, scheme rules and other requirements issued by the Bank System and specified from time to time as being applicable to the EMV PSP Service and your use of those.
Scope of practice means defined parameters of various duties or services that may be provided by an individual with specific credentials. Whether regulated by rule, statute, or court decision, it tends to represent the limits of services an individual may perform.
Liquidation Process Regulations means, the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Liquidation Process) Regulations 2016 as amended from time to time;
RESPA means the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (12 U.S.C. § 2601 et seq.) and its implementing regulation, Regulation X (12 C.F.R. Part 1024), as they may be amended from time to time, or any additional or successor federal legislation or regulation that governs the same subject matter. When used in this Security Instrument, “RESPA” refers to all requirements and restrictions that would apply to a “federally related mortgage loan” even if the Loan does not qualify as a “federally related mortgage loan” under RESPA.
Positive Behavioral Theory and Practice means a proactive approach to individual behavior and behavior interventions that:

Specially Designated Mortgage Loan Documents With respect to any Mortgage Loan, subject to Section 1.04, the following documents on a collective basis:
Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice means the current standards of the appraisal profession, developed for appraisers and users of appraisal services by the Appraisal Standards Board of the Appraisal Foundation.

Accepted Servicing Practices With respect to any Mortgage Loan, those mortgage servicing practices of prudent mortgage lending institutions which service mortgage loans of the same type as such Mortgage Loan in the jurisdiction where the related Mortgaged Property is located.
Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry means a mortgage licensing system developed and maintained by the conference of state bank supervisors and the American association of residential mortgage regulators for the licensing and registration of licensed mortgage loan originators.
Promising practice means a practice that presents, based upon preliminary information, potential for becoming a research-based or consensus-based practice.
Advanced practice nurse means a person who holds current certification as nurse practitioner/clinical nurse specialist from the State Board of Nursing.

Applicable Anti-Corruption and Bribery Laws means international, federal, state, provincial and local laws, rules, regulations, directives and governmental requirements currently in effect and as they become effective relating in any way to the Contractor’s provision of goods and/or services to Authority, including without limitation “FCPA” or any applicable laws and regulations, including in the jurisdiction in which the Contractor operates and/or manufac- tures goods for the Authority, relating to anti-corruption and bribery.
