Prepayment Period definition

Prepayment Period. With respect to any Distribution Date, the calendar month preceding the calendar month in which such Distribution Date occurs.
Prepayment Period. As to any Distribution Date and Principal Prepayment in Full, the period commencing on the 16th day of the month prior to the month in which that Distribution Date occurs and ending on the 15th day of the month in which such Distribution Date occurs.

  • To the extent the income received during a Prepayment Period is in excess of the amount attributable to amortizing principal and accrued interest at the related Mortgage Rate on the related Mortgage Loan, such excess shall be considered to be a partial Principal Prepayment for all purposes hereof.
