Prepayments definition
Prepayments means any moneys which shall be paid to the Issuer prior to the time such amounts become due. Prepayments shall not include any interest paid on such moneys.

Amounts of principal prepaid under Section 2.4 (Voluntary and Mandatory Prepayments) shall: (i) first, be allocated pro rata among the Loans in proportion to their respective principal amounts outstanding, and (ii) then, be applied by IDB Invest, at the Borrower’s option, to reduce either (x) any of the remaining scheduled installments of principal, or (y) the final payment due on the applicable Loan Final Maturity Date, such option to apply consistently across all Loans.
