Prepetition Credit Facility definition

Prepetition Credit Facility means the financing accommodations evidenced by the Prepetition Credit Agreement and related documents.

Prepetition Credit Facility means, that certain prepetition credit facility provided for under the Prepetition Credit Agreement with an original aggregate amount of principal and commitments of $96,500,000.
