PRICE BASIS. Unless otherwise noted, prices include delivery and transportation charges fully prepaid f.o.b.
PRICE BASIS means the type of pricing method agreed upon between counterparties for a trade.

PRICE BASIS. It is anticipated that the costs for the above services for all audit work performed domestically and internationally will be billed directly to USI by the external auditors.
