Price Floor definition

Price Floor means a price regulation regime for a market or a group of markets in which a telecommunications provider is prohibited from pricing a service or services at less than the prescribed amount;
Price Floor means a price per Class A Share equal to a 10% discount to the average VWAP of the Class A Shares in the 10 consecutive Business Days prior to the applicable measurement date.
Price Floor has the meaning set forth in Section 9.6(f).

Price Floor means a price regulation regime for a market or a group of markets in which a telecommunications provider is prohibited from pricing a service or services at less than a minimum price determined by the Commission;
Price Floor means $0.21 (subject to appropriate adjustment from time to time for any stock dividend, stock split, combination of shares, reorganization, recapitalization, reclassification or other similar event). Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Note or the other Transaction Documents, in no event shall any shares of Common Stock be issued pursuant to this Note or the other Transaction Documents, as Interest Payment Shares or otherwise, at a price per share lower than the Price Floor.
